Itinerary

• Friday 7^th –

Arrive any time on Friday, you can leave early to beat the traffic and hence have a day to see Ilfracombe or arrive later in the afternoon/evening and settle into our Hotel Score Valley Country House which we have exclusively for the weekend. Meet your fellow divers, go to town for dinner and then back to the hotel.

• Saturday 8^th

Up for a full English courtesy of Donna, our host then down to the harbour to meet the boat. Once we have all the kit on the boat, we’re off to Lundy Island. It’s about a 2-hour sail but once there we’ll enjoy our first dive of the day TBD. After the first dive, we’ll relax and have a spot of lunch then it’s time to meet the seals on dive two. After a lovely day diving the boat will return to Ilfracombe harbour where we disembark, drop tanks off to be filled (divers pay for their own air fills cost £10) and go back to the hotel to get ready for lunch and a little time at the bar where we can all share our experiences, photos, and videos of the days diving.

• Sunday 9^th

Much of the same, up for a full English then down to the harbour to meet the boat. Once we have all the kit on the boat, we’re off to Lundy Island. It’s about a 2-hour sail but once there we’ll enjoy our first dive of the day TBD. After the first dive, we’ll relax and have a spot of lunch then it’s time to meet the seals on dive two. After a satisfying day diving, the boat will return to Ilfracombe harbour around 4 pm where we disembark, pack up the vehicles, and then it’s time to head home.

Equipment Required

Most will have their own Scuba equipment however if you do not own your own gear and would like to hire the equipment you are able to hire the kit from the club at a cost of £50 for the weekend (first two air fills included)
